*Hamburg Stuffing(For Chicken Or Turkey) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    2 onions, chopped
    1/2 stick butter
    2 1/2 lb. hamburg (lean)
    3/4 bunch fresh parsley, chopped
    1 1/2 c. rice, semi-cooked
    1 c. chopped walnuts
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Saute onions and garlic in butter until soft.
    Add hamburg and saute until cooked. Add chopped walnuts, rice and parsley and cook until rice is done, 15 to 20 minutes.
    Season to taste. Stuff turkey or serve as a side dish.
    Pour drippings or gravy before serving.
