Surprise Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. flour
    1/4 c. margarine
    1 (7 oz.) pkg. flaked coconut
Preparation
    In a large mixing bowl, beat together eggs, milk, vanilla, flour and margarine until well combined and fold in coconut.
    Pour into 2 greased (9-inch) pie pans. Bake in oven (not preheated) at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes or until golden brown.
    Crust forms as pie bakes.
