Taco Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 can Hormel chili (no beans)
    1 block Cheddar cheese, shredded
    top with crushed red pepper (optional)
Preparation
    Layer in baking pan in order given.
    Place in oven until the cheese on top is melted (or microwave).
    Top with hot red pepper. Serve with tortilla chips.
