Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. soda
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. cloves
2 2/3 c. sugar
2/3 c. vegetable oil
2 c. canned pumpkin
4 eggs
2/3 c. nuts, chopped
2/3 c. water
Preparation

Sift flour, soda, salt, cinnamon, ginger, baking powder and cloves into bowl and mix well.
Combine sugar, oil, pumpkin, eggs and nuts in a bowl and mix well.
Add the flour mixture, stirring until blended.
Stir in water.
Spoon into two 1-1/2 pound loaf pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Let stand in pan until cool. Good with flavored cream cheese.
