Near East Shrimp(Low-Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. broccoli flowerets
    1 c. diagonally sliced carrots
    1 medium sweet red pepper, sliced
    1/2 c. water chestnuts
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 1/2 lb. peeled shrimp
    1/2 c. nuts
    3 chopped green onions
    crystallized ginger
    Yoshita Gourmet Oriental Sauce
Preparation
    Coat a wok with cooking spray.
    Add a teaspoon of oil.
    Allow to heat for 2 minutes.
    Add vegetables and stir-fry for 3 minutes. Remove vegetables.
    Add 2 teaspoons of oil to wok and stir-fry shrimp for 3 minutes.
    Reduce heat, add vegetables and sauce to taste; cook an additional 2 minutes.
    Sprinkle with nuts and ginger and serve immediately.
    Can be served over rice.
    Yield: 6 servings (218 calories, without rice).
