Railroad Slaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. shredded cabbage
2 Tbsp. minced onion
1/4 c. sugar
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. celery seed
1/4 c. vinegar
1/4 c. salad oil
Preparation
-
Sprinkle cabbage with onion and sugar.
Pan mix together rest of ingredients.
Stir often.
Bring to boil.
Pour over cabbage. Mix well.
Cover and chill at least 4 hours.
Add carrots, if desired.
