Congo Squares - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2/3 c. butter
2 1/4 c. brown sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 3/4 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. chocolate chips
Preparation

Melt butter and stir in sugar. Remove from heat and cool 10 minutes. Add eggs and vanilla. Mix dry ingredients together and add to butter mixture. Add chocolate chips and nuts. Bake in greased 9 x 13 pan at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
