Easy Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box yellow cake mix
4 eggs
1 c. Wesson or Crisco oil
1 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 c. pecans or black walnuts, finely chopped and coated with 1 c. plain flour
2 c. canned carrots, drained and mashed
1 Tbsp. liquid brown sugar or 2 Tbsp. dry brown sugar
Preparation

Mix all together.
Bake for 40 minutes at 350\u00b0, or until done. Makes 3 (9-inch) layers.
