Peanut Butter Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. sugar
    1 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 c. milk
    1/3 c. peanut butter
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix sugar, cornstarch and salt in a saucepan.
    Gradually add milk; cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until it thickens.
    Boil and stir 2 minutes longer.
    Stir in peanut butter and vanilla.
    Pour into 4 dessert dishes.
    Cover; chill.
    Serve with a chocolate sauce.
