Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground beef or turkey for low-fat
1 egg
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
pressed garlic clove or garlic powder
1 tsp. each: oregano, basil and pepper
Preparation

Mix together.
Form into one large patty in 10-inch skillet and fry until done on one side and flip over after draining off grease for beef.
Cover top of patty with sliced mushrooms and pizza sauce.
When bottom side of patty is done, drain grease; cover with Mozzarella cheese.
Turn off heat and place lid on until cheese is melted.
Serve with garlic bread and salad.
