Wendy'S Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 gal. tomatoes, peeled and cut
    4 small onions, chopped
    2 green peppers, chopped
    5 jalapeno peppers, chopped (2 1/2 for mild)
    1/2 c. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. canning salt
    2 stalks chopped celery
    1 tsp. ground red pepper
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. cumin
    2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
Preparation
    Mix together. Bring to boil.
    Cook at a simmer for 4 to 5 hours.
    Pour into jars and process in water bath 20 minutes.
