Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 to 2 c. cooked, diced chicken
1 can cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
1 c. commercial sour cream
1 tube Ritz crackers, crumbled
1 stick melted oleo
Preparation

Place chicken in greased casserole dish.
Heat chicken soup and sour cream until hot and pour over chicken.
Cover with the Ritz crumbs; drizzle melted oleo over the top.
Heat in a 350\u00b0 oven until brown, approximately 20 to 25 minutes.
