Grandma'S Sweet Potato Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large sweet potatoes
    4 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    4 Tbsp. vanilla-butternut flavoring
    1 1/2 c. water
    2 1/2 pie crusts
    2 sticks butter
Preparation
    Peel potatoes and cut into thin slices.
    Lay evenly in a 10 x 14 x 2-inch pan.
    Spread sugar, flour, cinnamon and flavoring over top.
    Add water; shake pan to blend ingredients.
