Heavenly Cheese Mold - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon jello
    1 c. boiling water
    3/4 c. juice from pineapple
    1 c. heavy cream, whipped
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 1/4 c. drained crushed pineapple
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Dissolve jello.
    Add juices.
    Chill until slightly thickened. Fold in pineapple, shredded cheese and whipped cream.
    Pour into mold.
