Volcano Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 big block Velveeta cheese
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. ground chuck
    2 cans Ro-Tel tomatoes
Preparation
    Melt Velveeta cheese in slow cooker.
    Brown ground chuck; drain fat.
    Add ground chuck to Velveeta cheese.
    Add 2 cans Ro-Tel tomatoes.
    Mix well.
    After cheese melts, completely simmer at least 30 minutes.
    Serve over Fritos or tortilla chips or favorite chips.
