Chocolate Clouds - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 egg whites (room temperature)
    1/8 tsp. cream of tartar
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. cocoa
    10 oz. pkg. chocolate bits
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Beat egg whites and cream of tartar until soft peaks form. Gradually add sugar and vanilla, beating until stiff.
    Sift cocoa onto egg white mixture folding gently until just combined.
    Fold in chocolate bits.
    Place parchment paper on cookie sheets and drop batter by heaping tablespoonfuls onto paper.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes or just until dry.
    Cool on wire rack.
