Mexican Roll-Ups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 (16 oz.) carton sour cream
    2 jalapeno peppers, chopped
    10 green onions, chopped
    1 pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese
    10 flour tortillas
Preparation
    Mix the first five ingredients and spread thickly and to the edges.
    Roll up tortillas.
    Refrigerate overnight in airtight container.
    They will keep for days.
    To serve, cut into 1-inch pieces and serve with your favorite salsa or picante sauce.
