Melting Moments - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. unsifted all-purpose flour
    1/2 c. unsifted confectioners sugar
    1/2 c. cornstarch
    1 1/3 c. Baker's Angel Flake coconut
    1 c. soft butter
Preparation
    Sift flour, sugar and cornstarch.
    Blend in butter until soft dough is formed.
    Shape into small balls.
    Roll in coconut.
    Place on ungreased baking sheets, 1 1/2 inches apart.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes or until lightly browned.
    Makes 3 to 3 1/2 dozen.
