Zippy Glazed Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3 c. sliced carrots, cooked and drained
    1 Tbsp. snipped parsley
Preparation
    Melt butter in skillet.
    Stir in brown sugar, mustard and salt. Add cooked carrots.
    Heat, stirring constantly, until carrots are nicely glazed, about 5 minutes.
    Sprinkle with parsley.
    Makes 4 servings.
