French Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 stick margarine
1 c. sugar
3 eggs, beaten
1 c. Angel coconut flakes
2 Tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Combine all ingredients and pour into an unbaked pastry shell. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes.
