Fontenot Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground chuck
    4 Tbsp. oil
    3 Tbsp. plain flour
    3 medium diced potatoes
    1 chopped onion
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Mix meat and oil and fry until brown; add salt.
    Add flour, potatoes, onion and pepper.
    Cook 10 more minutes; add water and cook 20 more minutes.
    Serve hot over rice.
