Orange Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. orange jello
    1/2 c. boiling water
    1 c. orange juice (fresh squeezed is best)
    1 egg white
    1/2 c. powdered sugar
    1/2 c. cream
    1/2 c. coconut (if desired)
Preparation
    Dissolve jello in boiling water.
    Add orange juice and chill slightly to thicken some, then beat until light and fluffy.
    Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.
    Add sugar and whipped cream.
    Pour into vanilla wafer crust.
    Chill until firm.
