Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    2 c. sugar
    3 large eggs, beaten
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
    2 c. shredded carrots
    1 (#2) can crushed pineapple, drained
    1 c. chopped nuts (pecans or walnuts)
Preparation
    Mix all dry ingredients. In another bowl mix eggs, oil, vanilla, and pineapple. Combine dry ingredients with egg mixture. Add nuts and carrots. Bake in two (2) round 8 inch cake pans. Bake at 275\u00b0 until tooth pick comes out clean. Cool before frosting.
