Caramel Popcorn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bag white popcorn, popped
    1 c. salted nuts
    1 c. brown sugar
    1/4 c. butter
    1/4 c. light Karo
    2 tsp. water
    1 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Place popcorn and peanuts in a large bowl.
    Combine brown sugar, butter, corn syrup and water in a separate microwavable soft glass bowl.
    Microwave on High for a total of 9 to 11 minutes, stirring once every five minutes.
    Add baking soda at end of cooking time and stir.
    Pour over popcorn mixture and stir to coat.
    Spread on foil to cool.
