Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick butter or margarine
10 to 12 slices bread, trimmed and cubed
8 oz. Colby or Longhorn cheese, cubed
1 lb. sausage
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
5 eggs
2 c. milk
salt and pepper
pinch of dry mustard
Preparation

Layer half of the bread cubes and half of the cheese cubes. Push down into melted butter in pan. Brown sausage and sprinkle over top.
Add the drained mushrooms.
Layer remaining bread cubes and cheese cubes.
Beat together eggs, milk, salt and pepper to taste.
Pour over bread mixture.
Sprinkle with dry mustard. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
