All Day Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean beef stew meat
    4 carrots, cut in chunks
    2 onions, cut in chunks
    2 stalks celery, cut in chunks
    1 can (15 oz.) whole tomatoes, undrained
    1/2 c. Minute Tapioca (important)
    Dash of Thyme & Oregano
    Pinch of Salt
    1 tsp. instant coffee, heaping
    1 beef bouillon cube (or 1 tsp. instant)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 250 degrees.
    Dump all ingredients into large oven proof pan.
    Cover.
    Cook in 250 degree oven 7 hours or 300 degree oven for 5 hours.
    Stir a couple times during cooking if you get the chance.
