Lemon Ice Cream Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. margarine, melted
    1/8 tsp. low sodium salt
    1/4 c. sugar substitute
    2 tsp. lemon rind
    1 Tbsp. flour
    3 1/2 c. skim milk
    1/2 c. lemon juice
Preparation
    Melt margarine in pan.
    Blend in flour and salt.
    Add half of the skim milk, stirring steadily, to the boiling point.
    Mix in sugar, then cook on low heat for 5 to 10 minutes.
    Remove from heat and stir in remaining milk.
