Bean Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans refried beans
    1 container sour cream
    1 pkg. cream cheese
    1 pkg. taco seasoning
    1 bell pepper
    1 medium onion
    2 medium tomatoes
    1 pkg. Cheddar cheese
    1 pkg. Mozzarella cheese
    1 bag tostada chips
Preparation
    In a cake pan, spread the beans.
    In a bowl, mix sour cream, cream cheese and taco seasoning.
    Spread over refried beans.
    Chop onion, bell pepper and tomatoes.
    Put over top, then put the 2 cheeses on top.
    Let sit for 1 hour.
    Eat with tostada chips.
