Meat Loaf Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 egg
1 onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 c. stuffing mix, herb season
1 pkg. onion soup mix
enough ketchup to cover top of loaf

Preparation

Mix egg, beef and soup mix together.
Stir in stuffing mix and add pepper and onion.
Do not add salt, as the soup mix is salty.
