5 Hour Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. stew meat
    6 small onions, sliced
    6 carrots
    1 c. sliced celery
    3 Tbsp. tapioca
    1 lb. can tomatoes
    1 can green beans (do not drain)
    1 Tbsp. sugar and salt
    garlic salt to taste
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Brown meat.
    Add green beans, tomatoes, onions, celery and carrots.
    Add tapioca and seasonings.
    Mix slightly together.
    Add 5 potatoes, quartered if large.
    Cover and bake 5 hours at 250\u00b0. Do not add any water.
