Indian Fry Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. dry milk
    1 Tbsp. shortening
    3 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. salt
    2 c. warm water
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients together and mix in shortening. Gradually add the warm water.
    Mix very gently.
    Knead until dough is soft to handle.
    Cover and let dough rise for about 20 minutes. Roll into golf ball size pieces.
    Flatten with hands and make hole in center.
