Tabouli - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. fine bulgur, washed and drained
    2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    juice of 2 lemons
    1/4 c. olive oil
    3 tomatoes, chopped
    1 large bunch scallions, chopped
    1 bunch mint leaves, chopped
    1 bunch parsley, chopped
Preparation
    Add all ingredients together and toss.
    A food processor is most handy here.
