Eunice'S Veg-Beef Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. beef
1 can tomatoes
1 can green beans
1 can whole kernel corn
3 medium size potatoes, diced
1 medium onion, diced
3 carrots, sliced
1 large can V-8 juice
Preparation

Cut beef in bite size pieces, brown in skillet with small amount of oil.
In large pot, mix tomatoes (cut up), green beans, corn, potatoes, onions and carrots.
Add browned beef and V-8 juice.
Bring to boil, turn down to medium.
Cover and let simmer for 45 minutes.
