Swedish Meat Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 egg, beaten
1/2 onion, grated
1 c. soft fine bread crumbs
3 Tbsp. water
2 Tbsp. oil
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup, diluted with an equal quantity of milk
Preparation

Combine in a large mixing bowl.
Mix with fork until blended. Shape into balls of desired size.
Brown in the 2 tablespoons oil.
When browned, add the soup, diluted with an equal quantity of milk.
Simmer, stirring frequently.
Serve over hot, cooked and drained noodles.
