English Pea Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head lettuce
    1/2 bell pepper, chopped
    1/2 red onion, chopped
    1 1/2 stalks celery, chopped
    1 pint mayonnaise
    parmesan cheese
    bacon bits
    1 can LeSueur English peas, drained
Preparation
    Break up lettuce into bite size pieces.
    Place in bottom of pan. Spread english peas over lettuce.
    Layer pepper, onion and celery over peas.
    Spread mayonnaise over celery.
    Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and bacon bits.
    Best if refrigerated over night.
