Veal French - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    veal slices
    2 to 3 eggs
    1 to 1 1/2 c. flour
    parsley
    1 fresh lemon
    1 lb. butter
    fresh garlic
Preparation
    Put parsley in egg.
    Dip veal in egg, then in flour and repeat once.
    In a frying pan with oil, brown veal until a bright gold.
