No-Fat Oatmeal Raisin Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. no-fat yogurt *
    1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    1/2 c. sugar
    3 eggs **
    2 tsp. vanilla
    3/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1/4 tsp. soda
    1 1/2 c. uncooked quick cooking oats
    1/2 c. raisins
Preparation
    Beat yogurt and sugars at medium speed.
    Add eggs and vanilla; mix well.
    Combine flour, soda, salt and oats.
    Gradually add to yogurt; mix well.
    Stir in raisins.
    Drop by teaspoonfuls on Pam-sprayed cookie sheet.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes or until lightly browned.
    Cool on wire rack.
