Lima Bean Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. lima beans (3 pkg. frozen)
    1 small can mushroom soup (Clear Golden)
    1/2 c. milk
    1 stick butter
    1 small (4 oz.) can diced pimiento
    2 to 3 sticks celery
    1 bell pepper
    1 medium onion
Preparation
    Dice fine the celery, onion and pepper.
    Add butter and cook until clear.
    Add mushroom soup and cook until mixed well.
    Add milk and a little cornstarch if needed to thicken.
    Add salt and pepper to taste.
    Add lima beans and pimiento.
    Simmer a few minutes.
    Place in casserole; cover with cracker crumbs.
    Bake for 15 minutes at 325\u00b0.
