Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. mushrooms
3 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1 garlic clove, chopped
1 small onion
1 c. bread crumbs
2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
2 Tbsp. melted butter
6 Tbsp. olive oil
salt and pepper
Preparation

Clean and remove stems from mushrooms.
Mix all ingredients except oil.
Fill caps with the mixture.
Pour tablespoonful of oil in pan, place mushrooms in pan with stuffed side up.
Pour rest of the oil over mushrooms.
Bake 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
