Baked Potato(Low Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small baked potato
    2 oz. tuna (packed in water), drained
    1 oz. cheese (Weight Watcher cheese)
    1/4 c. skim milk
    2 to 3 Tbsp. onion flakes
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes (optional)
Preparation
    Slice and remove inside of halves of baked potato.
    Combine remaining ingredients and stuff potato skins.
    Bake in 400\u00b0 oven until cheese melts and potato is golden brown.
