Ingredients

1 c. boiling milk, thickened with 1 large Tbsp. flour and cooked until smooth
2 egg yolks, beaten
1 c. sugar
1 c. pumpkin
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation

Add all ingredients to milk mixture.
At last, add beaten whites of the 2 eggs.
Pour into crust and bake until puffs and is brown.
