Bread Stuffing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. melted butter or margarine
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 Tbsp. poultry seasoning
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    3/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. parsley
    4 qt. stale bread crumbs
Preparation
    Cook onion and celery in butter for 4 minutes.
    Add seasonings and add to bread crumbs.
    Makes enough to stuff 16 to 20 pound turkey.
