Angel Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. flour
    4 Tbsp. sugar
    6 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. shortening
    1 tsp. dry yeast
    2 Tbsp. warm water
    2 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Sift together dry ingredients, then cut in shortening. Dissolve yeast in warm water and add buttermilk.
    Then add dry ingredients.
    Cover and refrigerate; will keep several weeks. Makes 5 dozen.
    Take amount to be baked and roll out on slightly floured board to 1/2-inch thick.
    Cut and place on greased cookie sheet; grease top and let sit 1 to 2 hours until they rise.
    Place in a preheated oven and bake for 15 minutes at 400\u00b0.
