Broccoli And Egg Au Gratin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of celery soup
    2/3 c. milk
    2 (10 oz. each) pkg. frozen broccoli spears, thawed and drained
    3 hard-cooked eggs, sliced
    1 (2.8 oz.) can Durkee French fried onions
    1/2 c. (2 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In small bowl, combine soup and milk. In an 8 x 12-inch baking dish, arrange broccoli spears down center of dish, alternating direction of flowerets.
    Layer eggs, 1/2 can French fried onions, the soup mixture and cheese over stalks.
    Bake covered at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes or until heated through.
    Top with remaining French fried onions.
    Bake uncovered 5 minutes or until onions are golden brown.
