Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 medium sweet potato
3/4 stick oleo
1 1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk (regular or evaporated)
2 tsp. flour
3 eggs
9-inch deep pie crust (or 2 small crusts)

Preparation

Boil potato in plain water until done. Mix with oleo, sugar, then flour. Add eggs, then milk. Mix after adding each ingredient. Cook at 325\u00b0 for about an hour or until done.
