Whole Wheat Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. whole wheat flour
    1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 1/4 c. bananas
    1/2 c. margarine, softened
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 egg
    1/4 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Combine flour, soda and salt.
    Stir well and set aside. Combine
    butter and sugar and cream well.
    Add egg;
    mix well. Mix bananas
    and buttermilk and add to creamed mixture alternately with
    dry
    ingredients,
    stirring only until combined. Pour
    into greased and floured loaf pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
    Cool in pan 10 minutes, then remove.
