Sweet Potato Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 or 3 sweet potatoes
    1 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/3 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1 c. water
    1 stick butter
Preparation
    Peel potatoes and cut in thin slices.
    Put in deep casserole dish.
    Combine sugar, flour, salt and nutmeg.
    Add to potatoes, along with water.
    Cut butter in small pieces and layer over ingredients.
    Cover with favorite pastry.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
