Onion Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 or 4 white onions
1/2 pt. milk
butter, half the size of egg
salt and pepper to taste
1 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
-
Boil onions until tender; mince fine.
Boil milk; add butter, salt and pepper.
Stir in minced onion and flour which has been moistened with milk.
