Moon Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter or margarine
1 c. boiling water
1 c. flour
4 eggs (unbeaten)
3 boxes instant vanilla or coconut pudding
5 c. milk
8 oz. cream cheese
Cool Whip
Hershey's chocolate
Preparation

Put butter or margarine in a 3-quart saucepan and add hot water.
Heat to boiling and stir until butter is melted.
Add flour all at once to boiling mixture, stirring constantly until mixture leaves side of pan and forms a ball.
Remove from heat and cool.
Add eggs, one at a time and beat well after each egg, until very smooth.
Spread on greased cookie sheet pan and bake until brown, about 30 to 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
