Reuben Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large potatoes
    2 c. cooked corned beef
    1 can sauerkraut
    1/2 c. Swiss cheese
    3 Tbsp. green onions
    1 garlic clove, minced
    1 Tbsp. prepared horseradish
    1 pkg. cream cheese
    3 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
    1 tsp. caraway seed
    paprika
Preparation
    Bake the potatoes at 425\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Cool.
    In bowl, combine the corned beef, sauerkraut and caraway seed.
    Cut potatoes, leaving shells intact.
    Mash potatoes with cream cheese. Stir into corned beef mixture.
    Mound potato mixture into shells. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and paprika.
    Return to oven for 25 minutes.
    Serves 8.
